Like the grainy pictures,
The windows back in time,
The memories grey and foggy,
To a world left behind.

Castles and towers,
Visions in my mind,
Of things that I once saw,
Vague shadows now.

The streets, the sounds, the voices,
Ringing in my head,
I don't know where I am going,
But remember where I have been.

We will start with Sandor, who like all Eskies is always smiling. Sandor loves exploring the woods.

The first time I visited the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri I was inspired to write the following poem. I was in the 6th grade at the time.
The Gateway Arch
As I stepped into the hall,
I left my world behind,
A venture into future,
As well as past times.
We saw future wonders,
With scenes of the past,
A gateway for all,
A look into time.

My husband and myself wrote this poem together many years ago.
Time out of mind.
Time out of stars.
Visions of the dreams
Of what we are.
We come from afar.
We go to the far.
We follow our visions.
We follow our star.
The night is long.
The wind is strong.
The moon is full.
The fire burns long.
Our spell is cast.
In light of the past.
Our circle is formed.
An eternity to last.
For the circle we came.
We call on His name.
Our Father to witness.
And bless us the same.
We come from afar.
We go to the far.
We follow our visions.
We follow our star.
Time out of mind.
Time out of stars.
Visions of the dreams
Of what we are.
